FAQ

How do we book?

To book your date, start with our contact form then we can email each other some details. a 50% retainer and our signed contract are required. Unfortunately, we cannot hold any dates without the retainer and contract. An updated invoice that reflects your paid retainer and confirms your big day will be provided as soon as the retainer has been paid. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your wedding date.

Can we meet before our wedding?

Of course! Establishing a great connection with our clients is essential to being able to capture amazing photos or videos, so we can set up a zoom meeting or a phone call with each other to have something beyond email is definitely recommended. We want to make sure you're 100% confident that we are the right photographers/ videographers for you and that you'll feel comfortable having us around on such a monumental day in your life.

How will I receive my photos?

Your photos will be delivered in a secure online gallery where you will easily be able to download, order prints, or even share your gallery with family and friends.

Do you guys travel?

Yes!! We are big into traveling! We have been lucky enough to travel for weddings and elopements. A couple of our favorite spots have been Mammoth Mtn and Brookings Oregon. If you have a destination in mind for your magical day send us a message and we can discuss everything :).

How soon in advance can I book you guys?

We like to limit it to one year in advance to ensure accuracy with pricing and availability. We do make exceptions every now and then. The sooner you book, the better, as we have limited availability and our calendar fills up quickly.

When will I receive our gallery?

Typically we will deliver both your photos and videos within 3-4 month timeframe but depending on a busy wedding season it can be up to 6 months.
